What is "PMx Evolution"?

What does the 'x' in PMx stand for?

The 'X' represents the various Project Management (PM) sub-functions we may have as part of the organizational project delivery ecosystem: Project Management, Portfolio Management, PMO and EPMO.

Why?

 

Continuous improvement is an evolutionary process, not an overnight revolution. Improvement requires change. However, "Organizations don't change; people do".

It is the cumulative impact of successful individual change that brings about meaningful organizational improvement. If individuals don’t make changes to their day-to-day work, an organizational transformation effort will not deliver results.
